Here’s everything that’s included when you join one of our programs.
Accommodation & Meals
Safe & Comfortable Housing: Stay in a volunteer house, guest lodge, or host family within the local community.
Three Meals a Day: Enjoy nutritious local & international meals, with vegetarian and special dietary options available.
Basic Amenities: Electricity, running water, communal spaces, and shared kitchen facilities.
Accommodations: On-site volunteer house (up to 10 volunteers) / Local host families (immersive cultural experience)
Comprehensive Orientation & Training
Pre-Departure Support: Assistance with visa applications, packing lists & travel advice.
On-Arrival Orientation: Learn about Zimbabwean culture, safety guidelines, and project expectations.
Training Sessions: Role-specific training for teaching, healthcare, conservation & community development programs.
Cultural Orientation Includes:
Basic Swahili/Shona/Ndembele language lessons
Overview of local customs & traditions
Safety & health briefings
Airport Pickup & Local Transport
Meet & Greet at the Airport: A friendly staff member will be there to welcome you.
Transport to Your Volunteer Site: Private or shared transport to your accommodation.
Local Travel Support: Guidance on getting around safely.
Note: Return airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
Meaningful Volunteer Placement
Guaranteed Project Placement – You’ll be placed in a verified, impactful project that matches your skills and interests.
Structured Weekly Schedule: A balance of volunteer work, cultural activities & free time.
Certificate of Completion: Great for your CV, university credits, and future job applications.
Example Weekly Schedule:
Monday – Friday: Project work in schools, clinics, conservation sites, or community centers.
Saturday – Sunday: Free time or cultural excursions (safari, local markets, sightseeing).

Cultural Activities & Excursions (Optional)
KENYA
Weekend Adventures: Go on a safari in Maasai Mara, Amboseli, or Tsavo National Parks to see the Big Five.
Cultural Immersion: Visit a Maasai village, take Swahili cooking classes, and enjoy traditional dance & drumming workshops.
Beach & Marine Conservation: Relax on Diani Beach, snorkel in Watamu, or explore Lamu Island’s Swahili heritage.
Wildlife & Nature Hikes: Visit the Giraffe Centre, Elephant Orphanage, or trek Mount Kenya & Hell’s Gate National Park.
City & History Tours: Discover Nairobi’s museums, markets, and cultural centers, including the Bomas of Kenya & Karen Blixen Museum.

ZIMBABWE
Weekend Adventures: Visit Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park, or Matobo Hills.
Cultural Immersion: Join cooking lessons, traditional dance & drumming workshops.
Game Reserves & Nature Hikes: Experience Zimbabwe’s stunning landscapes & wildlife.

What’s NOT Included?
While we provide most essentials, some costs are not covered in the program fee:
